There are any organisations that allow researchers to interview their employees run a risk. They may complain about the boss or about others workers. The danger is that the employees may feel obliged to give answers to the questions instead of their honest opinions, because they are afraid of that their bosses find out waht they really think. The reputation of the organisation may suffer. So, it is the duty of the researchers to ensure that this does not happen. They must make clear why they are doing it, and maintain the anonymity of everyone involved by using false names. If this is not done this is a good cahnce of the validity of the whole research project being treatened.

Although it’s use has declined worldwide in the next 50 years,it is still practiced in a significant number of countries including, China and United States. It has strong opponents and supporters, leading to fierce debate about their effectiveness. The supporters of capital punishments argue that it deters criminals from doing big crimes such as murder, because they know that they risk death themselves. Although the critics argue that most of the murders is committed without planning, and that what researches shows that murder rate is not higher in countries which haven’t the death penalty. They also says that everyone should have the chance of reform, which may be achieved by a long period of imprisonment, and that state execution is a inhumane act.
